The Manufacturing Strategic Business Unit’s primary business is the production of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). Ready mixed refers to concrete that is batched for delivery from a central plant instead of being mixed on the job site. Each batch of ready-mixed concrete is tailor-made according to the specifics of the customer and delivered using cement mixers or transit mixers.

Another product produced by Manufacturing SBU is Concrete Pavers or paving stones, tile, brick or brick-like piece of concrete commonly used as exterior flooring. The Manufacturing SBU also produces Pre-cast materials or wall produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold or “form” which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place. The products manufactured are being sold to internal customers (BCBI Construction Division) and is being used for the Housing and other Special Projects or developments of the company.
