The Aggregates  Strategic Business Unit produces three different types of materials used for construction: sand, gravel and crushed stone. It also has its own Quality Testing Laboratory to ensure its products pass accepted quality standards. The products are sold to internal customers (BCBI Construction Division) and external customers (non-SHJPHI owned groups and individuals).

There are 3 divisions under Crusher Operations, Sales and Admin and Quarry and Blasting. The Crusher Operations Division is in charge of the over-all production and process of the materials being produced. The Sales and Admin Division is in charge of the marketing, customer service, transactions and financial operations of the Aggregates SBU. The Quarry, Drilling and Blasting Division is in charge of excavation, drilling, blasting of the mountains wherein dimension stone, rock, sand and gravel will be produced.
